About Kayla

A physiotherapist on a lifelong mission to help people thrive.

From a torn ACL to a career spent helping others move, heal, and feel empowered — this is Kayla's story.

Where it started

A passion that became a calling

Kayla has always had a deep passion for health and fitness, ultimately finding her calling in promoting holistic well-being and empowering others.

Her journey into the profession started with a familiar catalyst: after tearing her ACL and experiencing firsthand the transformative impact of working with an exceptional physiotherapist during her rehabilitation, Kayla was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy.

Following graduation, she continued studying and training alongside leading experts in human potential, personal growth, and mindset — continually expanding her mastery of health, wellness, and human performance.

Her mission

Inspiring others to greatness

As a physiotherapist, Kayla's core mission is to inspire people to elevate their health, fitness, and overall quality of life. Rather than simply treating isolated injuries, her approach focuses on fostering long-term wellness across every stage of life.

"True health care is rooted in preventive medicine — effective treatment requires comprehensive education and patient empowerment to secure a healthier future."

Her approach

Practising holistic health

Kayla embodies the philosophy that proactive wellness begins with effective, holistic education for all generations. She has extensive experience teaching and mentoring students, athletes, and individuals — helping them harness the power of mindset, visualization tools, and success principles.

With foundational teachings from an Elder, Kayla weaves the Medicine Wheel into her framework to care for the whole person across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.
